Create Organization Account

To use the Smart Trading Cloud services, you must first create an account for your organization in the Smart Trading Cloud.

To create an organization account:

  1. Go to the Smart Trading Cloud home page at https://www.edifecsfedcloud.com/ and click Sign Up.
  2. In the Create Account dialog, enter your corporate email address with your organization domain name that will be used to activate your organization account and to receive email notifications.
  3. Review and accept the terms of services and privacy policy, and then click Next.
  4. Click Continue to Sign Up to proceed with the registration of your organization account, or click Back to edit the provided administrator's email.
  5. In the Organization Registration dialog, in Organization Details, specify the business type of your organization and enter your organization name.
  6. (Optional) Provide the contact information of your organization, such as address and phone number. This information is for your account users.
  7. Click Next.
  8. In Organization Account Administrator, enter your name and password that you are going to use to log in to the Smart Trading Cloud services.
  9. Note The password must contain at least six characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit. You can later change the password requirements for your account users.

  10. In Primary Contact, if required, edit the name and the email address of a contact person for your account users.
  11. Click Next.
  12. Review the information you provided and click Confirm.

After you complete the form, you will receive an email notification. Follow the instructions in the message to activate your organization account and to sign in to the Smart Trading Cloud products.

Now you can subscribe to the Smart Trading Cloud services and add users to your organization account.

Note The creation of an organization account with a public domain requires the Edifecs administrator assistance. Contact support at support.edifecs.com to create such an account for you. After the account is created, you, as an administrator of this account, can manually add users and give them access permissions as well as administrator permissions.
