Subscribe to Smart Trading Cloud Services

You can activate/deactivate subscriptions to the Smart Trading Cloud services and Help Centers for your organization account on the Service Subscriptions page.

To subscribe to a service/Help Center:

  1. In your Smart Trading Cloud, go to the Service Subscriptions page ( on the left navigation bar).
  2. On the Applications tab, find the service you want to subscribe to.

    On the Documentation tab, find the Help Center you want to subscribe to.

  3. Click Subscribe (or Request Subscription for subscriptions that require confirmation from the Edifecs administrator).
  4. Review the subscription information and click Subscribe (or Request Subscription).

After the subscription is activated, you and your account users receive an email notification with brief information on the service. The new service is then added to the Smart Trading Cloud home page and to the application switcher that you can find by clicking a logo button on the navigation bar from any of the Smart Trading Cloud services.

After you activate a service, all the users who belong to your organization account automatically get a group permission that allows them to use the service.
