What's New in Trading Partner Managementv24.8 Configure Branding SpecificationsTo provide a unified appearance for your Smart Trading Cloud services that aligns with your organization's brand identity, you (as an organization account administrator) can now set up branding specifications in Account Service. As part of the branding configuration, you can specify colors for the Action Bar and the Navigation Bar user interface components. The branding settings configured in Account Service are automatically applied to all other Smart Trading Cloud services you are subscribed to. ![]() Domain Name of Partner OrganizationsAlong with the partner’s status, partnership ID, primary contact, and creation date, Trading Partner Management now displays the domain name on the partnership page based on which a partnership is created for a specific partner organization. Search for PartnersIn addition to the organization name, you can now search for a partner organization by domain name (used to create partnerships) and account ID as well. ![]() Import PartnersYou can now import a number of partners in bulk through the Trading Partner Management user interface. Trading Partner Management registers these partners based on the domain of the primary contact’s email address. Once registered, you can then enroll them into several onboarding programs. Partnership ReconciliationYou no longer have to reconcile a partnership manually using a security key. Trading Partner Management now reconciles the partnership automatically based on the domain of the primary contact’s email address of an organization. So, the option Reconcile Partner Invite is no longer available, and the invitation email no longer contains a security key. Enforcing Single PartnershipTrading Partner Management creates partnerships based on a domain to ensure the creation of distinct partnerships and to prevent you from having several partnerships with the same partner. When you invite a partner who does not already have a Smart Trading Cloud account or when you create a partner account using a partner registration form, you can enter a primary email address. Trading Partner Management only allows one partner organization for each domain and uses the domain name you entered in the email address to identify the partnership. ![]() Preview and download a trade relationshipYou can preview and download a trade relationship to your local machine in the JSON format. Applications listingYou can view the list of Smart Trading Cloud applications you are subscribed to, when you click the TPM icon on the top-left corner. Profile OverlayYou can view your profile details, edit your name, and change your password from the profile overlay page, that opens when you click the My Profile icon. When you click Manage Organization Account at the top of this profile overlay page, the Smart Trading Account opens up. Control Number SettingsThe control numbers help you manage the processing of transactions and files under the trading partner trade relationships. You can define inbound and outbound control number settings consisting of the scope (local, global, or persistent), type (sequential, chronological, or duplicate), increment value, and initial value and assign them to trade relationships. ![]() Custom TransactionsYou can create, setup, and manage a trade relationship for custom transactions by defining the document type, standard, standard version, and transaction group name. Partner OwnershipOnly the administrators and the partnership owners can make changes to partnerships such as creating or modifying trade relationships and agreements. Other users can only view the trade relationships and agreements. You become a partnership owner under the following conditions:
View and edit partnership ownerOn the Partner Overview page, you can remove an existing partnership owner or add a new partnership owner. Filter for "My Partnerships"A checkbox Show My Partnerships has been added to the partners list. When this checkbox is selected you see only those partnerships for which you are the owner. ![]() DashboardThe dashboard in Trading Partner Management displays a summary of all the important information related to your account including all partnerships, partnership invites awaiting your acceptance/rejection, partnership invites awaiting your partner’s acceptance/rejection, and account level notifications. The dashboard icon on the left menu bar is available only to admin users. HL7 MessagesYou can create, setup, and manage a trade relationship for HL7 messages. Partner Overview tabYou can view an account summary, links to partner profiles and to account profiles, and the statistics related to agreements and trade relationships. Enable/Disable a trade relationship or a transaction/messageYou can enable or disable a trade relationship. You can also enable or disable a transaction (for HIPAA and X12 trade relationships) or a message (for HL7 trade relationships). ![]() Splash ScreenAn introductory page helps you get started with Trading Partner Management. Reset to Default GuidelineA reset button in the guideline fields Envelope and Group changes the value of guideline field to the default system guidelines that are applicable for that envelope/group based on the version and standard. Delete Deactivated AgreementYou can delete a deactivated or an archived agreement. |
