Share Printable Implementation Guide

With the Smart Trading Cloud Repository, you can send an implementation guide that has been published to PDF format to a person outside of your organization.

To share a printable implementation guide:

  1. Sign in to your Smart Trading Cloud Repository account or create a new one.
  2. In the Smart Trading Cloud Repository, navigate to repository:/files/My Print Results, right-click the implementation guide you want to share, and then click Share.

    Hover over the implementation guide you want to share, click , and then select Share.

  3. In the Share dialog, in the Share Link section, in the Link Sharing Method field, click , and then select the required sharing option from the drop-down menu. For more information on the available options, see Share Files and Folders.
  4. Enter the email address of a user you want to share your guideline with. If the user has no account in the Smart Trading Cloud Repository, the Smart Trading Cloud Repository sends an invitation to register to the user's email address. The shared guideline is available to the target user after registration.
  5. Click Done.
