Purge Control Numbers

This user action is only available for Inbound Control Number Settings when the Setting Type is Duplicate. This option allows you to purge the Control Numbers from the database by selecting the date range within which you want the Control Numbers to be purged or by providing the comma separated Control Numbers that you want to be purged.

To purge Control Numbers:

1. On the Partners page, select the partner for whom you want to add Control Number settings.
2. On the partner details page, click the Trade Relationships tab.
   
3. Click Control Number Settings, and on the overlay that opens up, select the name of the Control Number Setting with Type Duplicate for which you want to purge the Control Numbers and then click .
   
   
4. Select the"Date Range" radio button, specify the date range for which you want the Control Numbers purged by specifying the Start Date and the End Date, and then click Purge.
   
   
   Or
   Select the "Comma Separated Values" radio button, specify the Control Numbers that you want to want to purge by separating them with a comma, and then click Purge.
