Member Accounts Management

After you add members to your account, on the page Member Account, you can view the list of members with their data you provided in the .csv file. To find a particular member in the list, use filters ( in the upper-right corner).

After your members register in the Member Account service, you can see their email addresses and/or phone numbers they use to authenticate.

When you select a member in the list, you can:

  • Click to suspend access to the member account.
  • Click to open a pane with details on a selected member, where you can reset credentials for this member account.

To add new members to the roster or edit data of the imported members, make changes to the .csv file and repeat the import procedure.

To download the list of members from the Member Account service:

  1. On the page Member Account, in the upper-right corner, click Export Member Roster.
  2. Select to include members' email addresses and/or phone numbers, if needed, and then click Run.
  3. Go to the pane Jobs by clicking on the left navigation bar and find the corresponding export job. When the job's status is Success, click Download roster, navigate to the location on your file system where you want to download the .zip archive with members' data, and then click Save.

You can permanently remove all the imported member records from your account.

Note If you have members who completed their registration, after you remove all member records and repeat the import, those members will have to register again.

To remove all members' data from the Member Account service:

  1. In Member Account service, go to the page Account Configuration by clicking on the left navigation bar.
  2. On the Advanced tab, click Drop All Data.
  3. Enter your email address and click Confirm Deletion.
