Add Artifact Descriptions

In the Smart Trading Cloud Repository, you can add descriptions to your artifacts, which other users with access permissions can view and edit.

To add a description to the file or folder:

  1. In the Smart Trading Cloud Repository, hover over the file or folder that you want to add a description to, click , and then click View Details.

    2. -or-

    Right-click the file or folder that you want to add a description to, and then click View Details.

  2. In the right pane, where the artifact details are displayed, next to Add a Description or to an existing description, click , and then enter a description in the field.
  3. To save the changes, click any space outside the field.
  4. To edit the description, repeat the steps 2 and 3.
