User Activity Monitoring

You can view actions performed in Smart Trading Cloud with your organization account along with the details on users who triggered events and the events' date and time. The events can be as follows:

  • User login events (including failures), with IP address information and the login/logout time
  • Organization information updates
  • Security policy settings updates
  • User accounts changes, such as:
  • A user has been added/updated/deleted
  • A user has been activated/deactivated
  • A user has been invited
  • A user registration request has been approved/rejected
  • A user's attributes for role-based access have been updated
  • A user's password has been changed
  • Changes to user groups, such as:
  • A group has been added/updated/deleted
  • A user has been added to/deleted from a group
  • Group attributes have been added/updated/deleted
  • A domain has been added/updated/deleted
  • A service subscription has been activated/deactivated

To view the Smart Trading Cloud events:

  1. In Smart Trading Cloud, on the left navigation bar, click to open the application switcher and click Monitoring Service.
  2. - or -

    Go to the Monitoring service at https://monitoring.edifecsfedcloud.com and, in Source, select accounts-service.

  3. In the Monitoring service, on the left navigation bar, click to open the Events page.
  4. Use filters to find the required events. For more information, view the Manage Logs and Events section in the Monitoring service help documentation.
