Subscribe to the Smart Trading Cloud Services

For you and your users to be able to access the services available on Smart Trading Cloud, you (as an account administrator) must subscribe to those services. You can activate/deactivate subscriptions to the Smart Trading Cloud services and Help Centers for your organization account on the Service Subscriptions page.

  1. In your Smart Trading Cloud Account Service, go to the Service Subscriptions page ( on the left navigation bar).
  2. On the Applications tab, find the service you want to subscribe/unsubscribe to.

    On the Documentation tab, find the Help Center you want to subscribe/unsubscribe to.

  3. Click Subscribe or Unsubscribe.
  4. Review the subscription information and click Subscribe or Unsubscribe.

You need to request for subscriptions to a service/help center for the subscriptions that require confirmation from the Edifecs administrator.

  1. In your Smart Trading Cloud Account Service, go to the Service Subscriptions page ( on the left navigation bar).
  2. On the Applications tab, find the service you want to request subscription to.

    On the Documentation tab, find the Help Center you want to request subscription to.

  3. Click Request Subscription.
  4. Review the subscription information and click Request Subscription.

After the subscription is activated, you and your account users receive an email notification with brief information on the service. The new service is then added to the Smart Trading Cloud home page and to the application switcher that you can find by clicking a logo button on the navigation bar from any of the Smart Trading Cloud services.

After you activate a service, all the users who belong to your organization account automatically get a group permission that allows them to use the service.
