Profile SettingsYou can change your user name and password, enable/disable multi-factor authentication for your user account, view your contact and account information as well as view information about the administrator(s) of your organization, such as administrator's name and email address, from any of your Smart Trading Cloud applications. Note If you use your organization's identity provider credentials to sign in to the Smart Trading Cloud services, your user name and password can be changed only on the identity provider side. ![]()

If you have administrator permissions, you can go from the My Profile pane to your organization's account settings by clicking Manage Organization Account. Multi-factor authentication To enhance the security of your account and the data you work with in Smart Trading Cloud, configure multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your user account. This will require you not only to enter your user name and password when signing in to the Smart Trading Cloud services, but also to provide a verification code you receive on your trusted device. ![]() Warning Edifecs do not recommend that you enable multi-factor authentication for your user account if you work with the Smart Trading Cloud artifacts through the following on-premise Edifecs applications:
After you enable multi-factor authentication for your user account, you will be prompted to configure authentication next time you sign in to Smart Trading Cloud. ![]()
- or - If you selected I will enter secret key manually, in the authenticator application on your device, use the option to add a new account by a secret key, enter the secret key generated on the Smart Trading Cloud sign-in screen to your application without spaces. In the account name, enter main. Your application then generates a one-time six-digit password that you have to enter without spaces on the Smart Trading Cloud sign-in screen in Enter Authenticator Code. Note If the login timeout has expired, Smart Trading Cloud regenerates the QR code and the secret key. In this case, remove the main account from your authenticator application and scan the new QR code or enter the new secret key to add the main account again. If you need to reset your multi-factor authentication credentials (for example, in case you do not have access to your device anymore), contact your account administrator.
