Visual Tracking Sample Profile Workflow

On a higher level, the following describes the profile workflow:

• 837 transaction processing: The route 1 Claim Payment Batch picks up an 837 transaction with multiple claims. The corresponding route component splits the data into separate claims, and generates reports and acknowledgments. The route submits claims and reports to the Visualizer Server for visualization on dashboards and tracking. The route also generates an 835 transaction as a response and submits the corresponding LDNS report to Visualizer Server.
• 270 transaction processing: The route 2 Realtime 27x splits an inbound 270 transaction into separate eligibility requests and generates reports and acknowledgments. The corresponding route component submits data to Visualizer Server for visualization on dashboards and tracking. The route generates a 271 transaction as a response and submits the corresponding LDNS report to Visualizer Server.
